About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented MIS Senior Executive who can manage data systems, automate reporting, and drive data-backed decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills along with the ability to lead projects and streamline business processes.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Develop, maintain, and optimize MIS reports and dashboards for business insights

•⁠ ⁠Automate workflows using Google Apps Script, JavaScript, and VBA

•⁠ ⁠Manage and analyze large datasets using Google Sheets and MS Excel

•⁠ ⁠Create interactive dashboards using Looker Studio and Power BI

•⁠ ⁠Work closely with different teams to understand data requirements and provide actionable insights

•⁠ ⁠Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting

•⁠ ⁠Lead and manage MIS-related projects and process improvements

•⁠ ⁠Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency enhancement

•⁠ ⁠Support management with data-driven decision-making

Required Skills & Qualifications

•⁠ ⁠Minimum 4 years of experience in MIS / Data Management roles

•⁠ ⁠Strong hands-on experience with Google Sheets & MS Excel (Advanced Level)

•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in Google Apps Script, JavaScript, and VBA

•⁠ ⁠Experience with Looker Studio and Power BI dashboards

•⁠ ⁠Basic understanding of HTML & CSS

•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•⁠ ⁠Good project management and leadership abilities

•⁠ ⁠Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Good to Have

•⁠ ⁠Experience in automation of business processes

•⁠ ⁠Exposure to CRM or marketing data systems

•⁠ ⁠Understanding of data visualisation best practices

💼 Experience: Minimum 4 Years

💰 Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month
