Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an MIS Reports Accounts and Inventory Specialist, located in Bengaluru with some flexibility for remote work. The role involves preparing and managing management information system (MIS) reports, overseeing inventory and accounts data, analyzing information for decision-making, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with teams to optimize business operations. The specialist will also contribute to data security and process improvement initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Information Management and Information Technology for data organization and software handling
- Awareness of Cybersecurity principles and practices to ensure secure data management
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively
- Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, ERPs, and data analysis software
- Educational qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
- Relevant work experience in MIS reporting, inventory management, and account handling is preferred
