Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a MIS Operator & Sales Coordinator based in Alipur. The role involves maintaining and updating MIS reports, sales databases, and dashboards on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. The MIS Operator & Sales Coordinator will handle order entries, track inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and support the sales team with accurate, timely info
rmation. The role also includes coordinating with production, dispatch, and accounts to ensure smooth order processing, documentation, and on-time deliveries. The individual will generate periodic sales and performance reports, ensure data accuracy, and support management with analysis for decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong data management and reporting abilities, including comfort working with spreadsheets, databases, and management information systems (MIS).
- Ability to coordinate with internal teams and clients, manage follow-ups, and support the sales cycle from inquiry to dispatch.
- Attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Excel, Word, email tools); experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused and collaborative approach.
- Prior experience in MIS operations, sales coordination, or back-office support, preferably in manufacturing or packaging, is beneficial.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field is preferred.
