Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a MIS / HR and Finance Executive at Gracias Living. The role involves managing and maintaining data systems, assisting with HR operations, and supporting financial processes. Key responsibilities include handling information management tasks, providing support with employee records and HR documentation, and participating in financial reporting and analysis. The role requires collaboration, clear communication, and a keen eye for detail to ensure efficient organizational operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating data and improving decision-making processes.
- Proficiency in Information Management and Information Technology, with knowledge in managing and analyzing data systems.
- Awareness of basic Cybersecurity principles to ensure data security and compliance.
- Excellent Communication skills, including both written and verbal, to collaborate and convey ideas effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with HR processes and financial reporting is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
