Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong expertise in Google Sheets and Excel. The role involves managing business data, preparing reports, and creating dashboards to support management decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Maintain data for sales, purchase, stock, payments, and dispatch
Create and manage dashboards in Google Sheets
Use formulas, pivot tables, and data tools effectively
Coordinate with multiple departments for data collection
Ensure data accuracy and identify discrepancies
Track payments, stock movement, and performance metrics
Share reports with management regularly
Improve reporting formats and automate processes
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Google Sheets & MS Excel
Hands-on experience with formulas like VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, COUNTIF, FILTER, QUERY, IMPORTRANGE
Pivot Tables & dashboard creation
Data cleaning and handling large datasets
Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Knowledge of Tally / Xero or accounting tools
Experience in trading, logistics, or inventory-based businesses
Familiarity with Google Forms & Drive
Basic automation skills
