Dear Candidates,
We have opening for Mumbai- Vile parle
Working Days/Time – 6 days /10 AM -7 PM
Key Responsibilities - Prepare and maintain MIS reports:
- Daily MIS reports (e.g., transaction logs, daily summaries) – Priority: High; Frequency: Daily
- Weekly MIS summaries (e.g., performance highlights, variance checks) – Priority: High; Frequency: Weekly
- Monthly management reports (comprehensive packs with trends and KPIs) – Priority: High; Frequency: Monthly
- Collect and validate data from multiple departments (Sales, Operations, Finance) – Priority: High; Frequency: Daily/As per report cycle
- Analyze data and highlight key trends, variances, and insights – Priority: High; Frequency: Weekly/Monthly and ad-hoc for deep-dive requests
- Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel or BI tools – Priority: Medium; Frequency: Ongoing with refreshes (daily/weekly) as required
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports – Priority: High; Frequency: Continuous (each report delivery)
- Automate repetitive reports using advanced Excel or macros – Priority: Medium; Frequency: Project-based/ongoing to reduce manual effort
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and analysis – Priority: High; Frequency: As requested (ad-hoc)
- Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies – Priority: High; Frequency: As issues arise (expect daily coordination when discrepancies occur)
- Maintain proper documentation of reports and processes – Priority: Medium; Frequency: Update monthly or whenever significant changes occur
- Proactively prioritize reporting requests and manage deliverables to meet stakeholder timelines – Priority: High; Frequency: Ongoing
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Advanced Level) (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF, INDEX-MATCH)
- Basic knowledge of SQL (preferred, not always mandatory)
- Familiarity with Power BI / Tableau (good advantage)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle large datasets
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / BBA / BSc IT / similar)
- 1–2 years of experience in MIS / Reporting / Data handling roles
