Role Description

The Executive - MIS will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Management Information Systems (MIS) for the company. Key tasks include preparing detailed MIS reports, analyzing data to support business operations, and providing actionable insights to drive decision-making. The individual will collaborate across teams, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of information, while optimizing processes for better efficiency. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Proven experience as an MIS Executive or similar role.

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).

• Knowledge of database management and querying languages (e.g., SQL, ) is a plus.

• Experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Knowledge of SAP is mandatory.

Preferred Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in MIS/Data Analysis roles.

• Prior experience in E-commerce will be an added advantage.
