Role Description

We are looking for an MIS Executive to lead our ERP development and drive the adoption of AI-based tools across the organization. This role combines hands-on system development with process design and team enablement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize ERP modules across production, inventory, sales, procurement, HR, and exports
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate ERP development and automation
• Design MIS dashboards for production, sales, exports, and finance
• Structure departmental workflows to run efficiently through the ERP system
• Train and support employees in using ERP and AI tools effectively
• Identify manual or repetitive processes and implement automation solutions

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in MIS/ERP roles, with hands-on ERP development experience
• Working knowledge of relevant programming and database skills
• Practical experience using AI tools for coding, automation, or process design
• Strong analytical ability to translate business operations into system logic
• Experience training non-technical teams and driving software adoption
• Experience in the manufacturing or export sector will be an added advantage
