Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a MIS Executive/Data Analyst based in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include managing and analyzing large datasets, creating reports, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making. The role involves maintaining data accuracy, automating reporting processes, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve data-related operations and business processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data analysis, report creation, and understanding of data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
- Knowledge of databases and SQL for querying and managing data
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret and analyze complex data
- Experience in process improvement, system automation, and MIS reporting
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate insights effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R is a plus
- Experience in transportation or logistics industry is advantageous
