Role Preview

As the collections vertical is expanding we require a MIS person to handle big data on a daily basis for various touch points end to end with 1 to 2 Years of experience

Daily Data Management:

• Allocate and manage daily tasks and data for collections.
• Upload data to the dialer for campaigns and collections processes.

Periodic File Updates:

• Manage dialer uploads for various periods (Period 1, 2, etc.).
• Perform hourly updates of paid files and ensure data accuracy.
• Reconcile paid files received from agencies with internal transactions to ensure consistency.

Performance Reporting:

• Share bi-hourly performance reports in-house, including call dispositions and collections data.
• Generate and distribute comparative agency performance reports based on multiple segments (Cohort, MTD, FTD).
• Prepare and share end-of-day (EOD) reports for in-house teams and external agencies.

Data Insights and Rankings:

• Create ranking reports for in-house teams and agencies based on performance metrics.
• Provide actionable insights through advanced data analysis and reporting.

Key Skills:

• Data Management, Data Analysis, Data Validation, and Data procurement.

Additional Responsibilities :

• Taking care of the escalation cases coming from the care team/finance team as well.
• Checking with agencies for the escalation cases.
• Handling paid files for the closing & working for the billing part.
• Creating SOP's for collections data structure part.
