About the Role
Uma Ornaments is looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage and organize business data, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support management with meaningful insights. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to streamline data processes using automation and advanced analytical tools.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management
• Maintain and manage large datasets with accuracy and consistency.
• Ensure structured and organized data across internal systems.
Data Processing
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to maintain reliable data.
Reporting & Insights
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and data summaries for leadership and internal teams.
• Identify patterns and insights that support business decision-making.
Automation
• Automate repetitive tasks using Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and Python scripts.
Cross-Department Coordination
• Work closely with different departments to collect, analyze, and interpret data.
Data Security & Troubleshooting
• Ensure proper data security protocols and resolve data-related issues.
Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in MIS / Data Management roles.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, formulas, macros).
• Experience with Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of Python for data analysis (Pandas, NumPy, visualization libraries).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
Good to Have
• Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction.
• Experience in Jewelry / Manufacturing industry (preferred but not mandatory).
