Job Title : MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities:
1.Collaborative Data Reconciliation:
- Receive and reconcile datasets, collaborating with data providers to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure consistent and open communication with external partners.
- Work together to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data.
2.Transaction and Confirmation
- Generate and distribute transaction records, ensuring clear communication with recipients.
- Proactively follow up on confirmations and respond to related queries.
3.Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze data to detect trends and potential issues, presenting the results in a clear and concise manner.
- Prepare regular MIS reports, focusing on key performance metrics.
4.Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with data providers and internal stakeholders.
- Offer excellent support and address any concerns related to data.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, client communication, or related areas.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOK UP, Macros).
- Profciency in SQL
- Strong understanding of data management and reconciliation process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of database management is an added advantage.
