Role Description The MIS Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gandhidham Taluka. The role involves managing and maintaining Management Information Systems, including regular data collection, validation, and MIS reporting for operational and management teams. The MIS Executive will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, analyze trends, and provide insights to support decision-making and performance monitoring. Responsibilities include coordinating with different departments to gather accurate information, ensuring timely report delivery, and maintaining databases and dashboards. The role also requires documenting processes, identifying data inconsistencies, and supporting process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), with the ability to work with databases and reporting tools.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills and experience in MIS Reporting, including data analysis, trend identification, and preparing structured reports.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present information clearly to management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools; familiarity with ERP or logistics-related software is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines.
- Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar operational environment is beneficial.
