Role Description The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining Management Information Systems, ensuring accurate data collection, organization, and reporting on key business metrics. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and automating MIS reports, monitoring data quality, analyzing trends, and providing insights to support decision-making across teams. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, streamlining information flows, and improving existing dashboards and documentation. This is a full-time remote role that requires proactive communication, disciplined execution, and comfort working independently in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Collect, organize, and analyze data to generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and dashboards.
- Automate reports using Excel macros, Power Query, and/or Power BI.
- Collaborate with departments to understand reporting needs and customize reports accordingly.
- Identify data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Generate ad-hoc reports as per business requirements.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics regularly.
- Support in data-driven decision-making and forecasting.
