Role Description The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining Management Information Systems to support decision-making and operational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include collecting, validating, and analyzing data from various departments, preparing regular and ad hoc reports, and maintaining databases and dashboards. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, monitoring key performance indicators, and recommending improvements based on data insights. The MIS Executive will also support documentation, data security practices, and compliance with internal standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna.
Qualifications
- Strong data management and analysis skills, including experience with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools.
- Ability to create, maintain, and interpret MIS reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, charts) and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Basic understanding of database concepts and data validation, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and present data insights clearly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an MIS, reporting, or analytics role within manufacturing or engineering industries is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or business intelligence tools is beneficial.
