Role Description
We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented MIS Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Bihar, India. The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to support informed decision-making, creating and maintaining reports, and ensuring the seamless operation of Management Information Systems. The role entails regular collaboration with team members for system troubleshooting, database updates, and software optimization to enhance company efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in database management, data analysis, and handling large datasets
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with management software
- Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and system optimization skills
- Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
- Experience with reporting tools and creating management dashboards
- Understanding of business process improvement and workflow automation
- Professional communication skills for collaborating across teams
- A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Prior experience in a similar role in Solar Energy, Construction, or related industries is an advantage
