About the Role
CapitalCure Insurance is looking for a smart, analytical, and detail-oriented MIS Executive who can efficiently manage business reports, operational data, and performance tracking within the insurance domain.
The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, good analytical thinking, and the ability to maintain accurate business records and reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports
- Manage and update insurance sales & operational data
- Monitor and track agent/business performance reports
- Handle large datasets using MS Excel & Google Sheets
- Coordinate with Sales & Operations teams for reporting requirements
- Ensure data accuracy, validation, and timely submissions
- Prepare business analysis reports for management review
- Perform reconciliation of agent business data
- Generate insights to support business decision-making
Required Skills
- Strong command of MS ExcelVLOOKUP
- HLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- IF/ELSE Functions
- SUM, AVERAGE, SUBTOTAL, COUNT, etc.
- Good knowledge of MIS operations & reporting
- Basic understanding of the Insurance Industry
- Proficiency in Google Sheets
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
Qualification
- Graduate in any stream
- B.Com / BBA preferred
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with prior experience in the Insurance Sector will be preferred
- Immediate joiners will get preference
- Candidates with strong reporting and analytical skills are encouraged to apply
