Role Description This is a full-time, on-site MIS Executive role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The MIS Executive will manage and maintain management information systems, ensuring timely and accurate data collection, consolidation, and reporting for multiple outlets. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, analyzing operational and sales data, and sharing insights with management to support decision-making. The role involves coordinating with branch teams to validate data, tracking key performance indicators, and assisting in system updates or enhancements. The MIS Executive will also support troubleshooting of data-related issues and maintain documentation for processes and reports.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and experience in MIS Reporting.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for coordination with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools; familiarity with ERP or POS systems is an advantage.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, information systems, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, ability to work with large data sets, and readiness for a fast-paced retail/restaurant environment.
- Prior experience in MIS or data reporting roles, preferably in hospitality, retail, or multi-outlet operations, is beneficial
