Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Information System (MIS) Cum Sales Coordinator, located in Rohini, New Delhi. The MIS Cum Sales Coordinator will manage daily sales coordination, handle customer service requests, support sales operations, maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders, and generate insightful reports to enhance decision-making processes. The role also involves maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth operational workflows between teams.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to ensure smooth processes.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Ability to communicate effectively, including written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience and knowledge in sales processes and strategies to support successful execution.
• Proficiency in using MIS tools and generating client-ready reports is a plus.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in sales or sales support roles is an added advantage.
