We’re Hiring: MIS cum Operations Executive
We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage Swiggy & Zomato operations, MIS reporting, outlet listings, and client coordination while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Swiggy & Zomato order flow and operations
- Handle outlet listings and ensure visibility on aggregator platforms
- Maintain MIS reports and track daily performance
- Monitor order accuracy, cancellations, and delays
- Coordinate with outlets and internal teams for smooth execution
- Call and coordinate with Swiggy & Zomato aggregator teams, understand issues, and resolve them promptly
- Call and coordinate with clients for updates and support
Location: Panchkula
Experience: 1–2 years (F&B/Cloud Kitchen preferred)
