Role Description The MIS Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Vijayawada, responsible for managing and maintaining management information systems that support business decision-making. The role includes collecting, validating, and consolidating operational and financial data from branches and departments, and preparing regular and ad-hoc MIS reports and dashboards for leadership. The MIS Coordinator will track key performance indicators, identify variances, and share insights to improve productivity, portfolio quality, and customer service. This position also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely data submission, maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality, and supporting process improvements in reporting. The MIS Coordinator may assist in basic data analysis, documentation of reporting procedures, and training team members on MIS-related tools and standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Candidates should possess solid Information Management and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills, including handling datasets, reports, and dashboards.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with branches, respond to queries, and support internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and other reporting tools; basic knowledge of SQL or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess a graduate degree in commerce, finance, statistics, business administration, or a related field; prior experience in housing finance or financial services MIS is preferred.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, ability to work with deadlines, and a commitment to data accuracy and confidentiality.
