Role Description
Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-driven and analytical professional to support business decision-making through accurate data management and reporting. The role involves preparing structured MIS reports, building dashboards, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for leadership and business teams
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and performance tracking reports
- Monitor KPIs and prepare variance and trend analysis reports
- Ensure data quality, completeness, and standardization across reports
- Automate recurring reports using Excel (advanced formulas/macros) or BI tools
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support to various business functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data collection and reporting requirements
- Identify and implement improvements in reporting processes and workflows
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables; Macros preferred)
- Working knowledge of Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio
- Basic understanding of SQL (preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective communication and presentation skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Service Management or IT Operations reporting
- Exposure to KPI tracking, SLA monitoring, and performance dashboards
- Ability to manage and analyze large datasets
- Experience in MIS automation and reporting optimization
