We're looking for
MIS Associates!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage MIS reports to support business operations and reporting requirements
- Gather, organize, and maintain data from various sources with a focus on accuracy and consistency
- Create dashboards, trackers, and periodic reports using Excel and reporting tools
- Track operational and business metrics and share insights with relevant stakeholders
- Improve reporting processes by streamlining recurring tasks and workflows
- Maintain and update databases while ensuring data quality and reliability
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand reporting needs and deliver timely reports
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement
- Support management with data analysis, presentations, and ad-hoc reporting requests
- Follow reporting guidelines, documentation standards, and defined processes
- Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies and reporting-related issues efficiently
