We're looking for
MIS Associates!
Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain MIS reports to support daily business operations and strategic decision-making
- Collect, organize, validate, and manage data from multiple sources while ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Develop dashboards, trackers, and performance reports using Excel and other reporting tools
- Monitor key business KPIs and provide actionable insights to management and stakeholders
- Automate recurring reporting processes and workflows to enhance operational efficiency and productivity
- Maintain databases and ensure data integrity, security, and reliability across reporting systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver accurate data-driven solutions within defined timelines
- Analyze business data to identify trends, performance gaps, operational inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
- Support leadership teams with ad-hoc reporting, data analysis, and business presentations
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards, documentation procedures, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve reporting discrepancies, data issues, and system-related challenges effectively
