We're looking for
MIS Associates!
Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain MIS reports to support business operations and strategic decision-making
- Gather, organize, and verify data from multiple sources while ensuring high levels of accuracy and consistency
- Create dashboards, trackers, and performance reports using Excel and other reporting tools
- Monitor business KPIs and provide actionable insights to management and stakeholders
- Automate recurring reporting activities and workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Maintain databases and ensure data security, integrity, and reliability across reporting systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver accurate data solutions within timelines
- Analyze business data to identify trends, operational inefficiencies, and process improvement opportunities
- Support leadership with ad-hoc reports, analytical tasks, and business presentations
- Ensure adherence to reporting standards, documentation processes, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Identify and resolve reporting errors, data discrepancies, and system-related issues effectively
