We're looking for
MIS Associates!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports to support operational activities and business decision-making
- Collect, organize, and validate data from multiple sources while ensuring data accuracy and consistency
- Develop dashboards, trackers, and performance reports using Excel and other reporting platforms
- Monitor key business metrics and provide analytical insights to stakeholders and management teams
- Automate routine reporting tasks and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Manage databases and ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and reliability of business data
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely solutions
- Analyze data trends, identify operational gaps, and recommend process improvement opportunities
- Support leadership teams with ad-hoc reports, business presentations, and analytical tasks
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards, documentation practices, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies, data inconsistencies, and system-related issues effectively
