We're looking for
MIS Associates!
Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports to support operational and business decision-making
- Gather, verify, and organize data from multiple sources while ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Develop dashboards, trackers, and performance reports using Excel and other reporting tools
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders
- Automate recurring reports and reporting workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Manage databases and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and deliver timely data solutions
- Identify business trends, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities through data analysis
- Support leadership teams with ad-hoc reports, presentations, and analytical requirements
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards, documentation practices, and defined SLAs
- Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies and reporting-related issues effectively
