We're looking for
MIS Associates!
Responsibilities
- Generate, maintain, and analyze MIS reports to support business operations and decision-making
- Collect, validate, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Create dashboards, trackers, and performance reports using advanced Excel and reporting tools
- Monitor key business metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Automate recurring reports and workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Maintain databases and ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver timely solutions
- Identify trends, gaps, and process improvement opportunities through data analysis
- Support management with ad-hoc reports, presentations, and business analysis tasks
- Ensure adherence to reporting standards, SLAs, and documentation processes
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve reporting-related issues efficiently
