About The Opportunity
A fast-scaling management consulting and analytics firm operating across India, we empower mid-market enterprises with data-driven decision-making through modern BI tools and automated reporting ecosystems. Our clients span manufacturing, retail, and logistics—where timely insights drive inventory turnover, margin optimization, and operational efficiency. We’re building a next-gen MIS team to transform siloed data into actionable dashboards, forecasts, and performance trackers that directly impact P&L.
Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI/Tableau/Google Data Studio dashboards that visualize KPIs for finance, sales, and operations teams.
- Build automated data pipelines from ERP, CRM, and Excel sources using SQL, SSIS, or Google BigQuery to ensure real-time or near-real-time reporting.
- Translate business questions from stakeholders into visual analytics—identifying trends, anomalies, and root causes through drill-downs and dynamic filters.
- Optimize dashboard performance by cleaning datasets, creating calculated fields, and applying data modeling best practices (star schema, DAX, LOD expressions).
- Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to define KPIs, standardize metrics, and implement governance around data definitions and refresh schedules.
- Document data sources, refresh cycles, and user guides to enable self-service analytics across non-technical teams.
