Swish is a 10-minute food delivery platform that prepares fresh food in its own kitchens and delivers it through its own fleet. We are expanding rapidly across Indian cities and building strong operations and analytics teams to support this growth.
About the Role
We’re looking for an MIS Analyst to support our operations team with reliable reporting, data tracking, and invoice management. This role is critical in ensuring key operational metrics and financial reconciliations are accurate and always up to date.
What You’ll Do
- Own daily and weekly MIS reporting across orders, rider supply, efficiency, downtime, and store performance
- Validate data regularly and proactively flag discrepancies
- Manage invoice tracking and reconciliation for vendors and operational payouts
- Handle ad hoc data requests from operations and leadership
- Improve existing reports by structuring and automating recurring workflows
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in MIS, reporting, or data analysis
- Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets (pivots, formulas, data cleaning)
- Working knowledge of SQL
- High attention to detail and comfort working with large datasets
Good to have: Exposure to BI tools (Metabase, Power BI, Tableau) or experience in startup operations
