Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Analyst to support business operations through accurate reporting, data analysis, and insightful dashboards. The role involves managing databases, generating operational and sales reports, tracking business performance, and supporting management with data-driven insights. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical abilities, excellent Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, and hands-on experience with BI tools and reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales and operations.
- Manage databases and ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability across systems.
- Maintain historical records, trackers, and reporting formats for operational and sales activities.
- Design and develop BI dashboards, reporting structures, and data visualization models.
- Analyze sales data, business performance, and operational trends to provide actionable insights.
- Support the sales team with pipeline tracking, target monitoring, and performance analysis.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, business reviews, and management reports.
- Coordinate closely with operations, sales, and management teams for reporting requirements.
- Monitor vendor and customer performance metrics and ensure timely reporting.
- Identify reporting gaps, data discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in MIS, data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, Microsoft Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical and business analysis skills.
- Good understanding of data management, reporting structures, and dashboard creation.
- Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
