Job Title: MIS Analyst – Consulting Support

Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM
Compensation Range: 5 – 7 LPA (based on technical test performance and experience)
Job Brief
We are looking for a disciplined and analytical MIS Analyst to support our consulting team. If you enjoy working with data, creating dashboards, and providing meaningful insights, this role is for you.
You will play a key role in helping the team make quick, informed decisions. This is a behind-the-scenes role – no client handling is involved.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain organised data repositories and reporting templates.
- Analyse sales and operational data to spot trends, gaps, and performance patterns.
- Highlight risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities.
- Build dashboards, trackers, and automated reporting tools.
- Clean, validate, and maintain datasets for reliable analysis.
- Support the consulting team with structured insights during business reviews.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Statistics, Computer Applications, or similar.
- Strong Excel skills: IF, IFS, AND, OR, SWITCH, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, AVERAGEIF, and other modern functions like UNIQUE, FILTER, SORT, TEXTSPLIT.
- Data cleaning & structuring: TRIM, LEFT/RIGHT/MID, SUBSTITUTE, TEXT functions
- Error handling: IFERROR, ISBLANK, ISNUMBER.
- Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, and Dashboard creation.
- Preferred: Power Query or Power BI experience.
- Ability to work independently with raw data and deliver insights without repeated follow-ups.
- Experience with sales or operational datasets is a plus.
