• Role: Production Support

Responsibilities

• Production support of Medicare Advantage products implemented at Health Plans.
• Interfacing with clients, business analysts, other US-based technical teams and India-based technical teams in resolving production issues.

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

• 2+ years of experience in C#, SQL, and ASP.Net Webform/MVC, .Net Core
• Extensive experience in Angular or React
• 2+ years of experience developing Web API’s and .NET core API’s.
• 1+ years of experience consuming REST APIs using jQuery/Angular.
• Experience with Entity Framework/Dapper/Ado.NET.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
• Experience with writing/ debugging SQL Queries.
• Skilled in writing reusable libraries
• Experienced using Test Driven Development (TDD) to produce high-quality, clean code.

Domain Skills (Preferred)

• Understanding US Healthcare is an added advantage.
• Experience working for Health Plans, Providers, and Healthcare servicing organizations is a huge advantage.

Other Skills (Preferred)

• Experience working with multiple cultures is an advantage.
• Experience working in an onsite/offshore model is an advantage.
• Experience working for product organizations is an advantage.
