Role: Production Support
Responsibilities
- Productioon support of Medicare Advantage products implemented at Health Plans.
- Interfacing with clients, business analysts, other US-based technical teams and India-based technical teams in resolving production issues.
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
- 2+ years of experience in C#, SQL, and ASP.Net Webform/MVC, .Net Core
- Extensive experience in Angular or React
- 2+ years of experience developing Web API’s and .NET core API’s.
- 1+ years of experience consuming REST APIs using jQuery/Angular.
- Experience with Entity Framework/Dapper/Ado.NET.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Experience with writing/ debugging SQL Queries.
- Skilled in writing reusable libraries
- Experienced using Test Driven Development (TDD) to produce high-quality, clean code.
Domain Skills (Preferred)
- Understanding US Healthcare is an added advantage.
- Experience working for Health Plans, Providers, and Healthcare servicing organizations is a huge advantage.
Other Skills (Preferred)
- Experience working with multiple cultures is an advantage.
- Experience working in an onsite/offshore model is an advantage.
- Experience working for product organizations is an advantage.
