About the role

We are looking for a Sales Director (Future Opportunities) to join our team in New York City, NY, Chicago, IL, or Los Angeles, CA. As a Sales Director (Future Opportunities), you will play a critical role in driving strategic and commercial growth for MiQ. You will be responsible for winning new business, fostering and strengthening client relationships, and leading a team of Account Executives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute on a strategic sales plan to drive new business, expand existing client relationships, and identify new growth opportunities - Identify and pursue strategic opportunities that align with MiQ's offerings and the client's needs - Manage and mentor a team of Account Executives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their sales goals - Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams (e.g., Solutions, Operations, Partnerships) to deliver exceptional client experiences - Represent MiQ at industry events, conferences, and client meetings - Analyze market trends, competitive intelligence, and client feedback to inform sales strategy - Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the advertising or technology industry - Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships - Experience leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals - Proficient in data-driven decision making and performance analysis - Bachelor's degree or equivalent
