Key Requirements: • 7-10 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Strategy, or Program Management, preferably in Agritech, B2B loyalty programs, SAAS companies. • Strong expertise in value-driven client engagement and program analytics. • Ability to develop strategic roadmaps to scale and enhance programs. • Experience in customer journey mapping and engagement strategy. • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret key metrics. • Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills. • Passion for innovation and service excellence in customer engagement.
