About the role
Key responsibilities:
1. Design, develop, test, and deploy backend services using Go (Golang).
2. Build RESTful APIs and integrate with external systems and services.
3. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
4. Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge.
5. Debug and resolve software issues and optimize application performance.
6. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to implement innovative solutions.
7. Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems to ensure scalability and reliability.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. 2+ years of experience in developing applications with Go (Golang).
3. Strong understanding of Go concurrency patterns and performance optimization.
4. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
5. Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
6. Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows.
