Principal UX Designer

Minted is seeking a Principal UX Designer to collaborate with UX Design, Product, Product Marketing, Merchandising, Engineering, Data Science, and leadership to scope and solve Minted's toughest and most unexplored business challenges. This role involves establishing tools and systems that communicate the direction of Minted customers back to the business and maintaining an active and evolving connection to the needs of our customers and artists.
