Join the team that brings events to life behind the scenes. As part of our Event Set-Up / Warehouse & Delivery team, you’ll play a key role in preparing, transporting, and setting up equipment for a wide variety of events across the Twin Cities, including weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings.

This is a hands-on, physically active role that combines event setup with warehouse and delivery responsibilities. If you enjoy variety in your day and working as part of a team, this is a great opportunity to help create seamless, memorable events.

Requirements

Event Set-Up & Breakdown

  • Set up and tear down tables, chairs, linens, décor, and equipment 
  • Follow Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure accurate event execution 
  • Assist with on-site adjustments to support event flow 
  • Clean and reset event spaces and bathroom, including trash removal and décor takedown 

Warehouse Operations

  • Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently 
  • Prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to the schedule      
  • Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, and cycle counts 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment 

Delivery & Logistics

  • Deliver equipment to event locations in a timely and professional manner 
  • Verify delivery details and coordinate with Event Captains on-site 
  • Ensure all items are accounted for before and after events 
  • Maintain delivery vehicles in a clean, safe, and fueled condition 
  • Follow all company procedures, traffic laws, and applicable DOT regulations 

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly 
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred 
  • Ability to bend, lift, reach, and stand for extended periods 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills 
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented 
  • Team player with strong communication skills 
  • Previous warehouse, delivery, or event setup experience is a plus, but not required 
  • Ability to obtain DOT certification if required 

Additional Information

  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to various event locations across the Twin Cities 

Work Environment

This role involves physical labor in both warehouse and event settings. Work may take place indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, depending on event needs.

Schedule

  • Day, evening, and occasional night shifts available 
  • Weekend and holiday availability required 
  • Typical shifts range from 8–12 hours 
  • Steady opportunities available during peak season (April through November) 
Salary Description
$17-$19 hr
