</div><div>We are seeking a high-capacity Office Manager who can lead customer experience, drive sales, solve problems quickly, and help oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing organization.<br><br>
</div><div>This is not a passive administrative role.<br><br>
</div><div>We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, can confidently handle difficult situations, and understands how to guide families toward enrollment with professionalism and warmth.<br><br>

</div><div>What You’ll Be Responsible For<br><br>
</div><div>Sales & Enrollment<br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Responding to new leads quickly </li>
<li> Conducting phone consultations with prospective families </li>
<li> Recommending lesson programs and helping families enroll </li>
<li> Following up with leads consistently </li>
<li> Helping achieve monthly enrollment goals </li>
</ul><div>Customer Service<br><br>

<li> Creating a welcoming experience for students and parents </li>
<li> Handling parent concerns and scheduling conflicts professionally </li>
<li> Managing sensitive or high-pressure conversations calmly </li>
<li> Maintaining strong communication with families </li>

<li> Overseeing daily front-office operations </li>
<li> Coordinating schedules and studio logistics </li>
<li> Supporting teachers and ensuring operational consistency </li>
