Senior Estate Surveyor - Remote Overseas & Overseas Training Estate

You will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of the Defence Infrastructure Organisation's (DIO) overseas training estate, working remotely from the UK. This will involve working with both UK and international stakeholders to ensure the overseas estate is fit-for-purpose and supports the training of UK Armed Forces personnel. Key responsibilities include: - Overseeing the day-to-day management and maintenance of the overseas training estate, including leading site inspections and working with contractors. - Providing professional property, planning and asset management advice to customers, stakeholders and colleagues. - Managing contracts and performance of external service providers, and ensuring value for money is achieved. - Representing DIO and the MOD at a range of international and UK meetings and forums. - Utilising data and digital tools to monitor estate performance and inform investment decisions. - Deputising for the Head of Overseas Training Estate Management as required.
