Information Manager

The Information Manager is responsible for supporting the effective management of information, data and knowledge within the Ministry of Defence's operations in the Falkland Islands. This includes:- Developing and maintaining effective information, data and knowledge management strategies, policies and practices- Implementing and managing systems, tools and processes to ensure information is captured, organised, shared and secured appropriately- Providing advice, guidance and training to users on information and knowledge management best practice- Identifying opportunities to enhance information and knowledge sharing and collaborative working across the organisation- Ensuring compliance with relevant information management legislation, standards and guidelines.
