Work Arrangement:

  • Open for Application: This position is available for full-time, part-time, internship, or volunteer roles. Candidates may choose the option that best aligns with their preferences and availability.
  • Hybrid Working Model: The role follows a hybrid working arrangement, requiring one day at the office and the remaining four days to be worked remotely.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in coordinating activities and implementing projects.
  • Oversee the overall management of projects and teams, including planning, coordination with partners, organizing events, presenting outcomes, and evaluating projects for further development.
  • Collaborate with team members from various departments.
  • Address immediate challenges and issues that arise during project implementation.


Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or currently pursuing one.
  • A strong interest in and/or experience with project management, mental health promotion activities, social development, business administration, or related fields.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
