What You’ll Be Doing
The Data & AI Catalyst is a vital link between business priorities and technical capabilities. This role identifies and prioritizes the organization’s highest-value opportunities for data and AI, translating them into clear, actionable work for technical teams. Equally important, the Catalyst bridges the business integration gaps between insight, execution, and value. By equipping business teams with the tools, clarity, and support they need to act, the Catalyst turns potential into performance and takes ownership for delivering measurable business value.
- Partner with business teams to identify and prioritize high-impact use cases for data and AI across functions.
- Prioritize and translate business needs into clear problem statements, use cases, and requirements for data scientists, engineers, and product teams.
- Define the roadmap and frameworks for data, AI and analytics products to embed them in business processes, tools, and decision-making routines.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure solutions are technically feasible, practically valuable, and sustainable.
- Identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics, automation, and AI to improve decision making, efficiency, and profitability.
- Drive change management efforts to build trust in data and ensure adoption of new tools, models, and dashboards,
- Monitor and communicate the measurable business value delivered through data and AI solutions.
- Serve as a strategic advisor on how data can support business transformation, growth, and innovation.
- Identify patterns, barriers, and best practices to help scale successful data & AI enablement across the organization.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong understanding of data science, AI/ML, and analytics concepts (does not need to code, but must understand how to frame and scope technical work).
- Strong business acumen and experience working within or closely alongside the business area of responsibility, with strong relationships and credibility among key stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally between business teams and technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions that support the larger strategy.
- Experience with data-driven transformation and/or deploying analytics at scale.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, shifting priorities, and evolving strategies.
