Investment Banking Associate

Roles & Responsibilities Conduct industry research, market analysis, and company due diligence to support investment decisions. Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities (DCF, LBO, IRR, etc.). Assist in preparing investment memos, pitch decks, and internal reports for stakeholders and investment committees. Monitor existing portfolio investments, track performance, and flag potential risks or opportunities. Stay updated on macroeconomic trends, industry developments, and financial markets. Support transaction processes including deal structuring, negotiations, and documentation. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as advisors, legal, and banking partners. Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Min 1 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, or a related field. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques. Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or similar tools is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
