We obsess over every customer touchpoint and operate as an embedded extension of our clients' teams to deliver intelligent, results-oriented solutions. #The Role We already have a fantastic designer on our team and are now looking to bring on a second designer to help manage resource influxes. This is an ongoing, long-term role for an independent contractor (no agencies or companies, please). #What You'll Do * Design websites, landing pages, and social/display ad graphics * Turn mock-ups and copy into polished, responsive designs (desktop + mobile) Work primarily in Figma, creating designs that are both beautiful and functional #Who You Are * A designer with a voice—we love opinionated creatives who push boundaries, influence direction, and elevate design quality * Someone who values consistency and can build standardized design systems (components, fonts, reusable elements) * Flexible: some weeks may have 6–12 hours of work, others closer to 5–6 hours * Comfortable with weekly 30-minute Google Meet syncs (as needed - some weeks we just dont need to meet and that's fine!) * Bonus points if you can sit in our slack channel to chat through new projects or share updates on timing * Bonus points if you're able to occasionally handle quick-turn deliverables (very very rare, but sometimes needed) * Located in U.S. time zones (North/South America) to streamline collaboration #Required * A strong portfolio is absolutely mandatory—applications without one cannot be considered * Must be an independent contractor, not an agency or firm * Figma Pro (you know how to create components in Figma, and how to use their Auto Layout) #Nice to Have * Familiarity with Notion (we currently use Google Docs but may migrate soon) #Why Work With Us?
