About the right team member The Acquisition Marketing Associate is a key role responsible for driving customer acquisition through the execution of Paid Search campaigns. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, campaign and creative optimisation, and budget management. The ideal candidate has a working knowledge of the Google ecosystem, both organic SEO and paid search (Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Universal App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads, Reddit & more). The candidate should also have analytical skills, creative thinking, and a passion for staying ahead in the ever-evolving world of paid search marketing. About the role Support paid search marketing campaigns across popular paid search products, including Google Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Apple Search Ads and Reddit Assist manager with campaign optimizations, including budget management and bidding strategy Build paid search campaigns, including writing ad copy, doing keyword research, creating landing pages and setting up campaigns in Google Ads desktop editor Regularly analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement Executing a roadmap of channel and creative tests, tracking learnings, and proposing new tests
