  • Facilitate team communication, including with the Assistant Project Manager, and provide guidance or training to personnel.
  • Make timely decisions, solve problems, and provide leadership while maintaining strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Attend city/jurisdictional meetings, understand regulations, and represent the company professionally.
  • Collaborate with design/development teams and interpret plans, maps, and construction documents.
  • Assist with project-related accounting, billing, and reporting.
  • Travel as needed to client meetings, summits, or events.
  • Develop strategies and solutions with supervisor for project challenges or issues.

What You’ll Bring
Required:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft software.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with municipal permitting processes and compliance.
  • Familiarity with client-facing consulting roles.

  • Standard working hours are 40 hours per week.
  • Travel to client sites or municipal agencies as required.
