Junior QA Engineer

Functional and Non-Functional Testing: Conduct thorough functional and non-functional tests to ensure software meets functional specifications and performance standards. Test Case Design: Design, develop, and maintain detailed test cases and test scripts based on software requirements, user stories, and technical specifications. Bug Reporting: Identify, document, and track defects in the software using bug-tracking tools. Work with development teams to reproduce, diagnose, and resolve issues. Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not negatively affect the existing functionality of the software. User Issue Diagnosis and Resolution: Diagnose and resolve user-reported issues related to software. Provide prompt solutions and assistance to ensure minimal downtime. Documentation: Create and maintain user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other technical documentation to assist users and internal teams. Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients to gather information, provide support, and resolve any technical queries or issues. Ensure a positive experience for all clients.
