Customer Project Manager

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Customer Project Manager to join our team. As a Customer Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of customer projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, communicating with clients, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the customer's satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:- Collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and develop project plans- Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery- Coordinating with internal teams (e.g., engineering, operations, sales) to ensure seamless project execution- Proactively identifying and mitigating project risks- Communicating project status updates to clients and stakeholders- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation- Providing excellent customer service and building strong client relationships
